Business Analyst Financial Reporting

The team
You’ll be part of a diverse team of 24 professionals, working in a dynamic environment where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are key.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work in a cross-functional Agile squad focused on delivering high-quality, future-proof solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the analysis and design of changes to financial reporting systems and processes.
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure alignment and impact.
- Writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting testing and implementation.
- Supporting the full change lifecycle—from impact analysis to post-release support.
- Helping to ensure our reporting remains compliant, accurate, and aligned with business developments and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to make a difference. You should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (preferably finance or technology).
- At least 2 years of experience working with large datasets, databases and ETL.
- Strong SQL skills (SAS EG is a plus, or willingness to learn).
- A solid understanding of banking products and financial/regulatory reporting.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong data analysis skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Lean environments is a plus.
- The ability to connect the dots between business needs and technical solutions.
