Tech Team

We’re the team that brings ideas to life—end to end. From idea to design, development and maintenance. We focus on developer speed and autonomy, enabling engineers to ship high-quality code efficiently without unnecessary bottlenecks.

We're looking for a highly motivated Data analyst who would work closely with Product and Insurance leaders to bring instant, tailored and affordable financial safety products to entrepreneurs.

What you will be doing

Define and calculate KPIs for product and feature launches.
Identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
Answer analytical questions and analyse A/B tests.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards for metrics monitoring.
Contribute to the data transformation code base.

What you'll need

Excellent SQL. You can calculate any metric in a readable and efficient way.
Dashboarding tools. We use Databricks and QuickSight, but you can have another experience.
DBT and Git. You know how to organize your code.
Statistics and A/B tests. You draw the right conclusions from data.
Curiosity and growth mindset. A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. Eagerness to explore new ideas, experiment with innovative solutions, and seek feedback to drive personal growth.
Collaboration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
