How will you make an impact?
- Develop and implement the IT department's strategy, including systems management, service desk, and engineering, in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Drive the delivery of IT services across the organization, ensuring high quality, availability, and security
- Manage the company's technology infrastructure, including Google Workspace, MDM and OKTA, office networks, and work to optimize these systems for the needs of the business
- Develop and grow the IT team, hiring and training new team members
- Drive the department's progress towards established goals, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and department heads, to ensure that the IT department is meeting business needs and driving the organisation forward
- Act as a technical advisor to the organisation, providing guidance and recommendations for new tools and services and tools
How will you be successful?
- 3+ years of experience in IT management, with experience leading and growing teams
- Strong technical skills and understanding of IT systems and processes, including experience with Google Workspace, MDM and OKTA
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively drive the IT strategy
- Experience in managing IT service desk and IT engineering is preferred
