Medior NodeJS Engineer Marketing Automation

What you are going to do
As a Medior NodeJS Engineer you can help us create a more tech-driven culture at NN. You will work with technologies and tools like Node.js, Typescript, AWS, Adobe platform, and more to create new projects and convert/expand functionality in pre-existing applications. During the week, you will:
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications, while following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to identify and prioritize features and functionality
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor less senior developers to ensure code quality and consistency
- Advocate DevOps mindset and implement modern best practices for software development, such as automated building, testing and deployment through CI/CD
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals to support the development process and ensure effective knowledge transfer

Who you are
An all-round software engineer able to work comfortably on back-end projects, we are looking for someone who can develop high-quality code and have high-be curious, and actively acquires new skills, new methods and processes to make our customers even happier. The ideal candidate has passion for technology and wants to learn continuously and push the team to reach our common goals.
- 5+ years experience in software development, with solid knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle in Agile environments
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB etc)
- Experience with NodeJS, TypeScript, Azure DevOps
- Experience with Ops (serverless, pipelines, observability, configuration management, compliance etc)
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform

You will become part of the Marketing Automation Platform team of Nationale-Nederlanden, a multidisciplinary team with impact! The Marketing Automation Platform team works closely together to make even better use of the functionality of the Adobe Eperience Platform and to integrate it into the NN landscape.
