As a Senior Business Developer, you will be enabling our Finance & Risk stakeholders to execute and adopt ABN AMRO Bank’s Data Management Framework, while working in a compliant way (implementing BCBS239 regulation). Purpose hereof is to contribute to having complete and fit-for-purpose data within the Bank, to improve Data Quality for Finance & Risk Reports and Models, be able to trace the Data Lineage of our most Critical Data Elements, and to ensure that is in line with internal and regulatory expectations.
You do so by following the centralized Data Governance processes as defined in our Data Risk Policy and its Standard, including developing more detailed Guidelines which are specific to the Finance & Risk architectural landscape. You will also be responsible to track and monitor the execution of this implementation, building Management Information Dashboards and reporting to Finance & Risk Management Teams and ExBo.
Additionally you will be expected to actively contribute to sharing knowledge about Data Management and to improving the process.

The Data Department Finance & Risk is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and plays an active role for all the Finance and Risk departments. We employ 250+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring risk data management to a structurally higher level. Our aim is to generate reliable risk data on time. We do this by improving the risk data itself, data systems and data processes. We work with an Agile operating model. Our Data Department Finance & Risk consists of 5 teams where the atmosphere is dynamic, open and informal.
You will work in the Data Governance & Compliance department as part of the F&R Data Value Chain team. Like the other teams, yours will largely consist of young, driven professionals. The atmosphere is open and informal. We work hard, but there’s plenty of room for enjoyment!
