Organizational Effectiveness is new team that focusses on improving effectiveness and strategic alignment of ABN AMRO. The team is part Organization and People development (80+ FTE) and located in HR. The team has a key role in the execution of our strategy by ensuring our workforce and organization are fit for purpose. The team is responsible for Strategic workforce planning, Organizational Design and Ways. In effect, this team forms a boutique consultancy firm in HR, focusing on bankwide strategic projects. Due to its track record the team can expand with the addition of an Organizational Strategy Consultant.
As the Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you are asked to guide the organization in where potential is to be gained. What capabilities are key for the future organization to execute our strategy. Where do we see opportunities to organize ourselves more effective and efficient. How do we create flexibility in our organization to quickly respond to changes in our environment? These projects can be done on a bank-wide or business line level. In other cases, you might coach a business consultant in how to approach such projects and questions. So it’s a combination of building the organizational effectiveness proposition and collaborating in strategy projects. In more detail:
