As a Researcher, you will be part of the exploration team. In this team, we focus every day on identifying what the market and customers want and need. We define research objectives and design methods to gather data and feedback. We use a variety of research techniques to gather valuable information that helps the venture teams make better decisions during ideation, prototyping and iteration.
Based on our research, we generate ideas that our venture teams focus on, which can lead to new profitable services for Achmea. The world of tomorrow, of Achmea and the external brand, is at your feet!

The Achmea Innovation Hub focuses every day on identifying what the market wants and needs and whether this can lead to new profitable services for Achmea. As a team, we have our own way of thinking and approach. We want to make a significant contribution to Achmea’s purpose: identifying and solving true problems that positively impact our world (human, environmental and societal) and which also have an added value for Achmea. We work together to ensure that our teams excels, we are flexible and we collaborate within Achmea, the Hub and also with external parties. Jouw achtergrond
Your energetic world view is refreshing and different. Your analytical skills and ability to zoom in/out distinguish you in a complex environment. You have a keen eye for detail and an exceptional ability to translate complex issues into simple and understandable terms.
- You will have at least 5 years of experience in market and user research, either agency or client-side.
- You will have experience of using a range of quantitative as well as qualitative research methods;
- You are experienced in using analytical tools including R, Python, SPSS or Matlab;
- You are proficient in Dutch and English and have a Bachelor’s of Master’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, behavioural science or market research.

Klimaatbudget
€2500 Klimaatbudget (bij fulltime dienstverband) om je huis te verduurzamen, duurzaam witgoed te kopen óf een elektrische fiets aan te schaffen. Dit bedrag is bedoeld voor producten en diensten die een bijdrage leveren aan verduurzaming en dus de verbetering van het milieu.

Gezond werken vinden we belangrijk, dus zorgen we ook dat dit kan met een berg healthy initiatieven!
Persoonlijk keuzebudget
Je ontvangt maandelijks een persoonlijk keuzebudget, opgebouwd uit 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en 3,85% bovenwettelijk verlof. Je kiest zelf op welk moment je dit budget laat uitbetalen, je het gebruikt voor verlofsparen of dat je er vakantie-uren van koopt.
