As a Teamleader Data and Business Services at elipsLife NL, you'll lead a team of 11 in optimizing data management and process improvement. Key tasks include coordinating IT and data requests, managing change processes, and driving the data strategy towards becoming a data-driven company by 2028.
Core Tasks / Deliverables
In this position, you will lead the Business Services & Data team, which is responsible for process and project management and ensuring optimal data management within our organization. This team acts as the central point of contact for all system-, data- or process change requests from all departments within elipsLife NL
Responsibilities
Leading a team of 11 professionals who is jointly responsible for the following:
Process and project management:
- Coordination of continuous improvement of internal processes. This includes coordination for annual ISAE3402 audit process;
- Coordination and prioritization of IT and Data requests from local departments.
- Performing business analysis of various IT and data requests and translating them into functional and technical specifications
- Fulfill project management on internal projects.
- Coordinate and organize the internal Project Portfolio Committee (PPC)
- Maintain our Product Engine and ensure proper configuration of our products in it.
Change Management:
- Coordinate and maintain the change management process for all change requests. This include data requests, changes in our system landscape and/or changes in our processes.
- Periodically report on the progress of the requested changes by elipsLife NL
Data management:
- Develop and maintain all internal reports/dashboard and internal tools.
- one-time data releases on request of other departments.
- Develop and maintain optimal data flows between the various departments and systems using data analyses, Data science and Data engineering. This involves using the latest data techniques (Python, R, SQL, Azure,...)
- Responsible for the data quality and data completeness of the various data flows throughout the chain. Also responsible for maintenance/development of tooling to process the data, managing the data quality, provide insights on the completeness and quality of data and coordinate actions to improve
- Develop and maintain automated data quality controls.
- Central role for the further roll-out of our Data strategy to become a full data driven company in 2028.
